2. Terms of Service
By booking a service with TNT Exterior Washing LLC, you agree to the following operational terms. Our team requires clear, unobstructed access to the exterior areas of the property scheduled for cleaning. Prior to our arrival, all windows must be closed securely, and sensitive outdoor items (such as electronics or fragile decor) must be removed or covered.
- Property Preparedness: Homeowner is responsible for securing pets indoors and closing all windows and doors.
- Water Usage: Our technicians require access to a functioning, standard outdoor water spigot during the service duration.
- Damage Waivers: We use low-pressure soft washing to mitigate damage, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing deterioration of siding, paint, or brickwork.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We respect your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a scheduling fee. Weather-related cancellations are made at our discretion to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your wash; these will be rescheduled promptly at no penalty to you.
